Your privacy matters. All traffic is encrypted with TLS, passwords are hashed with Argon2id, sensitive fields such as IBAN and national ID are encrypted at the application layer, and verification documents are stored in a private, access-controlled area.
Contact details are shown to the other party only after an application is accepted, and every view is logged. You can download your data or delete your account at any time from your settings.
Usage statistics: when you are signed in, we record on our own servers the pages and screens you visit on the web and in the app, the time you spend on job listings, your searches and how long your sessions last, to improve Hallet. No third-party analytics or advertising tools are used, IP addresses are stored truncated, and records are deleted automatically after the retention period (180 days by default). You can turn this off in your settings; doing so also deletes what was recorded.
