When are my credits refunded?
Credits are refunded automatically for jobs that you cancel, or that expire, before any worker is confirmed. Once a worker has been confirmed (and contact details shared), credits are not refunded.
Who pays my wages?
The business pays you. Hallet tracks pay for completed shifts: the business marks the payment as made, and you confirm that you've received it.
