Do workers have to pay to use Hallet?
No. Signing up, applying and every feature are completely free for workers.
Who can see my contact details?
Your phone number is only shared with the business that accepts your application, and only for the duration of the shift. Every view is logged.
How does “I'm here” work?
It becomes active 60 minutes before your shift starts. When you tap the button, your location is captured and your distance from the workplace is checked (300 m by default). Your location is only used at that moment.
What is an urgent job?
It's an option businesses can choose for shifts starting within 48 hours. Workers in that city and role who are available at those times get an instant notification.
When are my credits refunded?
Credits are refunded automatically for jobs that you cancel, or that expire, before any worker is confirmed. Once a worker has been confirmed (and contact details shared), credits are not refunded.
